What You'll See
You'll encounter scenes from the late-1800s and early 1900s - everything from historic buildings that no longer exist to notable moments like the arrival of the railroad or the heydey of Fowler Lake tourism.
Why We Did It
We wanted to make history feel alive and accessible - not just plaques and pictures, but something immersive. This project is part of honoring Oconomowoc's 150th year and making history engaging for younger generations and longtime residents alike.
Who Made It Happen
This was a collaborative project - local historians with the Oconomowoc Area Historical Society and Museum, tech developer, Hoffman York and Visit Oconomowoc were all partners in bringing this to life.
