Enjoy an ever-changing menu with creative flair. The covered outdoor patio creates a garden vibe. 

Whelan's Coffee & Ice Cream: 163 East Wisconsin Ave.

Grab a coffee, breakfast treat or acai bowl and take a seat at a bistro table and chairs on the downtown streetscape outside this cafe. They also offer a fun alley-style patio on the southwest exterior of their building. 

Fiesta Cancun Mexican Restaurant & Cantina: 159 East Wisconsin Ave.

Indulge in a margarita, snack on chips and salsa. The outdoor patio at this downtown authentic Mexican restaurant is situated inside a quaint hacienda style facade right in downtown. 

Crafty Cow: 153 East Wisconsin Avenue

Craft beer. Craft burgers. Crafty Cow offers bistro style seating on the downtown streetscape right outside the restaurant. Perfect for a cold one and an order of cheese curds with a friend. The restaurant also has a small patio outside the back of the restaurant with additional seating off the downtown street scene with nice patio style tables with umbrellas. 

Violet Table: 127 East Wisconsin Avenue

This go-to place for lunch won't disappoint with wraps, sandwiches, soups and more. Enjoy dining daytime outside on their bistro seating downtown. 

Sobie's Restaurant: 123 East Wisconsin Avenue

Sobie's is yet another unique dining option downtown. This farm-to-table menu is sure to inspire you to come back. They offer bistro style seating outside downtown.  

Roots Coffeebar & Cafe: 124 East Wisconsin Avenue

Another downtown hot spot to grab a cup of Joe. People love grabbing a small table and sitting outside to enjoy the cafe's food and drinks right downtown.

The Etcetera Bar and Grill: 118 East Wisconsin Avenue

If you really want to enjoy a view while dining outside, head to the Etc. This downtown bar and restaurant offers rooftop seating overlooking downtown and its lakes. Etcetera also offers year-round outdoor dining setting up igloos on the rooftop during winter.

This walk-up ice cream shop gives folks an opportunity to enjoy a sweet treat while sitting outside on the Fowler Lake boardwalk.

Golosi Gelato Cafe: 162 East Wisconsin Avenue

We call it heaven in a cup, but it's really homemade, authentic Italian gelato. You can't choose just one flavor here, try as many as possible. Grab some gelato and sit outside on the Fowler Lake boardwalk or downtown's Oz Plaza picnic tables. 

Taqueria Doblado: Food Truck, 212 East Wisconsin Avenue

This downtown food truck is a popular stop downtown. Enjoy some authentic Mexican food at one of their picnic tables next to the truck downtown.

Fresh Baked Cafe: 110 North Lake Road

Living up to its name, Fresh Baked, serves warm, buttery authentic French made croissant, pastries, espresso and more. Folks enjoy as they sit outside in downtown. 

Wine Maniacs Wine Bar & Bistro: 114 North Main Street

The owners and staff of Wine Maniacs love what they serve and they know firsthand all about it. Enjoy the warm atmosphere, expert knowledge of the drink and food menu. And if you prefer to sit outside, they offer a nice downtown streetscape patio seating area. 

Full Spoon Grab & Go: 116 North Main Street

If you want something nutritious, this is your stop. Fresh and local fare. You can enjoy it outside on their patio spot in downtown Oconomowoc. 

Gabriel's Taqueria & Bar: 126 North Lake Road

Better known as a food truck stop downtown Oconomowoc and the Pabst Farms shopping center. Gabriel's opened a brick and mortar Mexican restaurant in downtown Oconomowoc in 2024. Enjoy your meal and cerveza outside as well. Food truck locations at 212 East Wisconsin Avenue and 1670 Old Schoolhouse Road. 

Cornerstone Sports Pub & Eatery: 24 South Main Street

A popular Oconomowoc stop for groups and friends, Cornerstone has a large covered patio for outdoor dining connected to the side of the bar and restaurant. 

Maxim's at Oconomowoc Depot: 115 East Collins Street

Famous for its comfort food and fun atmosphere as a historic train depot turned restaurant, many might not know Maxim's has a nice patio outside. Head that way on a nice day though and you'll see the patio is a popular spot for outdoor dining - and you can still catch the trains going by on the tracks. 

Bangin' Burgers Food Truck: 1290 Summit Avenue

Enjoy a hearty specialized burger and basket of smashed fried taters or onion rings at this food truck in the Whitman Park Shopping Center.

The Chocolate Factory: 1077 Summit Avenue

Known for its subs, sandwiches and hand-scooped ice cream. The Chocolate Factory has patio tables outside its Whitman Park Shopping Center location where you can enjoy a meal or cone. 

Rocky Rococo Pizza & Pasta: 1075 Summit Avenue

Adjacent to the Chocolate Factory this famous Wisconsin pizzeria also offers patio-umbrella seating on the shopping center's pedestrian friendly area.

Fresh-baked bagels and fixings. Grab one at a patio table in the Whitman Park Shopping Center. 

Stone Creek Coffee: 1043 Summit Avenue

Bruegger's neighbor offers a morning or afternoon option to caffeinate with muffins and pastries that can be enjoyed at its outdoor seating area. 

VIP Sushi & Hibachi: 1288 Summit Avenue

If you would like to take your chopsticks or hibachi outside, VIP has a lovely wooden deck patio outfitted with tables with umbrellas for shade.
