The Oconomowoc Public Library is collaborating with StoryCorps, a national oral history organization, to record and preserve community stories. You are invited to record a conversation with a friend or family member about what matters most to you. As part of this project, you will have the option to archive your story with the Library of Congress for future generations to listen to and learn from.
What to expect:
You will have 40 minutes to record a conversation.
You choose your conversation partner and what you'd like to talk about.
The recording is audio only. No video will be taken.
You decide whether to share your recording or keep it private.

Oconomowoc Summer Farmer's Market is presented by the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce in downtown Oconomowoc. Shoppers can find a variety of goods including seasonal produce, spices, herbs, soups, handmade arts and crafts, baked goods, plants, honey, cheeses, jams, canned goods, maple syrup, breads, and farm fresh eggs and meats.
Learn the basics of furniture painting with Fusion Mineral Paint. A small piece of furniture will be provided for you to paint and take home. You will also learn about transfers and decoupage to embellish your piece. All necessary supplies are provided as well as lunch at Violet Table.
