Oconomowoc has launched a new public art project and the pieces are colorful, adorable and a really good boy.
In celebration of the city's 85th anniversary of hometown premiere of "The Wizard of Oz," giant Totos are being installed around the city. Each Toto is beautifully decorated by local artists and sponsored by area businesses and organizations.
