Downtown Oconomowoc is brewing Halloween fun for the ladies, the kids and the whole family! Here's what's planned to get spooky this month.
Witches Night Out
5-9pm, Thurs. Oct. 17 | Downtown Oconomowoc
Calling all witches! Downtown Oconomowoc's annual ladies shopping night out features an evening of shopping, cocktails, snacks and in-store specials. Everyone is encouraged to don their witch costume for fun. Participating businesses will be open late with special treats and deals. Take a break to grab some dinner and refuel to head out for more shopping.

Business Trick or Treat
2-4pm Saturday, Oct. 25 | Downtown Oconomowoc
Witches and princesses and ghosts and superheroes! We know how much fun it is to dress up and that it is even more fun to receive treats for doing it! We also know it is hard for the young ones to stay awake (and it might be a bit scary) for the traditional residential trick or treating after dark, so we have organized a special trick or treat time geared for kids ages ten and under to provide a not-so-scary, safe, and fun alternative. Business Trick or Treat is planned from 2:00pm – 4:00pm – it ends just in time to see the Halloween Parade sponsored by the Oconomowoc Lions Club, who also serve free food and refreshments and have a costume judging contest on the City Green.
Participating businesses will display a festive sign to indicate their participation.

Halloween Parade
4pm, Saturday, Oct. 25 | Downtown Oconomowoc
The ghosts and ghouls come out for this annual Halloween parade sponsored by the Oconomowoc Lions Club. The parade travels through downtown Oconomowoc while all are invited to line the streets in costumes and grab some candy. Before and after the parade, grab some free dinner for the kiddos before they hit the candy courtesy of the Lions Club. The Lions Club will serve free hot dogs and drinks at City Green starting at 4pm and after the parade. Events include Business Trick or Treat downtown 2-4pm; Parade, 4pm and Residential Trick or Treat, 6-8pm.
