A public Veterans Day Tribute takes place Saturday, Nov. 12 at 11 a.m. at the Lake Terrace Clubhouse, 1380 W. Wisconsin Ave., Oconomowoc, part of the Shorehaven campus. This free luncheon and program is sponsored by Oliver Construction. Additional sponsors include Bank Five Nine and Culvers of Johnson Creek. Program will include Honor Guard Presentation of Colors, and guest speaker Lt Col Charles A. Christburg, Jr., USMC (ret), former Director of Staff, Strategy, Policy and Plans Directorate (J5), North American Aerospace Defense Command and United States Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. Program will conclude with veteran recognition and playing of Taps. Veterans and one guest dine at no charge at Lake Terrace Clubhouse following. There is limited seating and no walk-ins are allowed.
